BIM implementation and consulting

We offer to the construction and / or engineering companies the adaptation of their own procedures to the BIM technology, progressively, by departments, including the first pilot project carried out entirely in BIM.

This service will consist of counseling for corporate personnel, as well as the selection of equipment, software and hardware.

BIM for tenders

• Deliverables BIM: preparation of the documentation required by the Contracting Authority.
• Public or private tenders: we participate both in public and private tenders.
• Requirements according to the regulations in force : we adapt to the requirements of each country or contracting authority, with the support of our LegalBIM department.
• Digital modeling of information : introduction of the parameters in the digital model.
• Collaboration between agents : involvement of all the participants in the tender project (associates, subcontractors, third parties support).
• Information management: we order, document, archive and present the documentation that is elaborated in the tender process.

BEP Creation

We study and elaborate the BIM execution plan. This is the basic document regarding BIM, being strictly necessary for some contracting authorities in different countries.

BIM Tracking on site

During the execution phase we offer advanced services 4D (planning), 5D (cost control) and advanced tracking (digital model updating) as well as as built.

BIM Training

We offer personalized training depending on the profiles requested by the company (site managers, designers, administrative staff) and the area of activity to be carried out (civil works, installations, architecture).
